Game Info:
The game is set immediately after Horus has declared his rebellion. Only the Sons of Horus, Emperor's Children, and World Eaters are known to have betrayed the Emperor. The Dropsite Massacre has yet to happen.
Characters are 300 points, based on Action templates. They are (some of) the leaders of an expeditionary force.
Up to 25 points can be spent on cybernetics.
